FOUR WAYS IN. ONE MOVEMENT.

Programmes for the organisations that work with girls, and weekly sessions for the girls themselves. Boxing is the vehicle, not the destination. What girls take home is far bigger than a jab and a cross.

Commissioned programmes for girls referred through children's services, youth justice and community safety partners. Closed referral, fully safeguarded, reported back at every stage.

Our six-week programme, delivered where your girls already are. Confidence, self-defence and resilience, with the outcomes to show for it.

One session. Real self-defence skills and a talk from professional female fighters about what it really means to fight like a girl.

Weekly community sessions. Register once, come when you can. No experience needed.

Every programme includes

  • Qualified female coaches, DBS checked and safeguarding trained, at least two in every session
  • Completely non-contact: no sparring, no participant-on-participant impact
  • Trauma-informed, not therapy: no girl is ever asked to disclose anything, and there's always a solo or observer option
  • Check-in when she starts and check-out when she finishes, so you see what changed
  • All equipment provided, no experience needed
