  • BOXING. Learn the real thing: stance, guard, footwork, combinations, pad work. Taught properly, never with contact.

  • FITNESS. Stronger, fitter and more at home in your body. No bleep test.

  • FRIENDS. A room full of girls in your corner, and an all-female coaching team who've been there.

Never boxed? Perfect.

You've never done this before. Neither has anyone else. Everything's provided, just bring yourself, comfy clothes, trainers and a water bottle.

How it works

  1. Pre-register. A parent or carer fills in the short form below. Three minutes.

  2. We confirm. We email the first date, time and what to expect.

  3. Consent. Before her first session we send a consent form to complete once.

  4. Turn up. Register once, join us when you can. Pay £2 on the door.

Questions parents ask

Will she get hit?

No. Every session is non-contact. Girls work on pads, bags and technique. Nobody spars, nobody gets hit, at any point.

Who runs it?

The Fight Like a Girl coaching team: qualified female coaches, all DBS checked and safeguarding trained. There are always at least two coaches in the room.

Does she have to come every week?

No. Register once and come when you can.

What if she's shy, or finds it hard?

That's fine. She can watch first, take a break, or join in at her own pace. Coaches check in with every girl.

Is it girls only?

Yes. Sessions are for girls, led by women.

What does she need?

Comfy clothes, trainers, a water bottle and £2. We provide the gloves, wraps and pads.

YOU IN? WE THOUGHT SO.

Spaces are limited, so get her name on the list. A parent or carer needs to complete this.

This form is run by Jotform on our behalf. We only use your details to run the sessions and keep her safe. See our Data Protection Policy.
